At CERCOO, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original luxury packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings: All earring sales are final unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Personalized/Custom Pieces: Any items made-to-order or customized.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or final sale.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Please include your Order Number and a Photo of the item’s condition.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damages and Issues

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
