Thank you for choosing CERCOO. We are committed to delivering our celestial-inspired jewelry to your doorstep with care and efficiency.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic & International Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 USD.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $75 USD, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.90 USD will be applied at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: We offer expedited shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for an additional fee, calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your destination:

  • United States / Canada: 7–12 business days.

  • United Kingdom / Europe: 7–10 business days.

  • Australia / New Zealand: 8–14 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local postal delays.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CERCOO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We recommend providing a physical street address for the most secure delivery. Some express carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Your jewelry is carefully inspected and secured in our premium packaging before transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shenghongliu10@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for you.
